Bootcamp is back for 2013!

Our favourite high intensity workout is sure to get you pumped for the day ahead. The class involves a combination of resistance based exercises, running and traditional exercises such as pushups to get your muscles working and your heart pumping.

We provide beach based sessions on weekends in addition to a  combination of indoor and outdoor circuit based exercises during the week, using fitness tools such as fitballs, boxing pads and more.

We cater for all ages & all levels of fitness.
